Online Admissions Process
The Newport School of Innovation has open enrollment for every program.
If you and your child are interested in our programs, please do not hesitate to fill out the forms below. Requirements must be submitted upon admission of our programs.
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by our committee and you will receive a letter or phone call within 5 business days.
Applications are accepted year round, but you are encouraged to apply before the start of the school year or semester change to ensure your seat in a program and that you start classes on time.

- Copy of your transcript
- Attendance report
- 1 letter of reference from a non-family member
- Student written essay on why you would like to be in the program you are applying for
Paper Form Admissions Process
If you prefer to use a paper application, please visit us at 706 Park Ave, Newport, KY 41071, 2nd Floor, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:30p.m.
Along with the completed application please include the following:
- Copy of your transcript
- Attendance report
- 1 letter of reference from a non-family member
- Student written essay on why you would like to be in the program you are applying for
